You can either drag the video file from your finder, or click Open media… and find it there. Now we can insert the video you want into the Drop media here part of the window. You also want to change the Format to png instead of tiff or jpg. Remember that folder you made? Find it after clicking Browse. At the bottom of the window is a section for Video snapshots.
